In phase 1 we have released 5 sites for sale. These exquisite sites have all services including water and electricity mains already provided. Choose the view and site that best suits your needs for an ideal holiday home with easy river access and spectacular views.

The initial planning for the first two lodges has commenced and some of the content and process is described and made available here to help potential owners understand the planning and approval process and associated requirements and minimum standards.

This is for information only and each owner will appoint their own architect, project director and builder whilst plans and finishes will be subject to approval by the trustees and to the architectural guidelines to be laid down.
